
Megan Monroe
Megan joined Paramount Rehabilitation Services in 2013 after completing clinical rotations in a hospital setting. She values Paramount’s strong focus on patient care, where appointments are scheduled with ample time to provide personalized treatment and educate patients on how to support their own recovery.
Megan enjoys building personal connections with her patients and takes pride in helping them reach their goals. She specializes in shoulder rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluations, and work conditioning.
In 2026, Megan was promoted to Administrator for Paramount Rehabilitation Services. In this role, she oversees the operations of the Bay City, Saginaw, and Standish clinics, working closely with staff to ensure high-quality patient care, efficient clinic operations, and continued growth of the organization. While serving in this leadership position, she remains committed to supporting both patients and clinical teams throughout the region.
A Bay City native, Megan continues to live in the area with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys garage sale and thrift store shopping, reading, visiting Disney, and spending time with her family.
