Send a script for “OT Evaluate for Disability Testing”. Paperwork and a full report are returned to the physician the same day as testing.

Testing Details:

• Disability Testing: 2 hours (completed over 3 appointments, ~40 minutes each)

• Functional Capacity Evaluation: 5 hours total

• All evaluations include Consistency of Effort and Reliability of Pain assessments.

Occupational therapy helps patients regain independence in daily life. We focus on upper-body strength, joint mobility, and functional movement following surgery, stroke, or injury. Our therapists use hands-on techniques, adaptive tools, and personalized treatment plans to improve coordination, reduce pain, and restore confidence in everyday activities—from dressing and grooming to household and work tasks.

Our physical therapy programs help restore strength, balance, and mobility following injury, surgery, or illness. Our Step‑Down Program bridges the gap between therapy and independent recovery. After discharge, patients receive 30 days of free access to our gym and aquatic equipment. Additional visits are just $2.50. Our customized Work Conditioning Program focuses on core, upper, and lower body strengthening, proper body mechanics, and job-specific simulations—led by certified occupational therapists.
