Before joining Paramount, Amanda worked as a restorative aide in outpatient and skilled nursing facilities for two years. The people she met during that time inspired her to pursue her goal of becoming a PTA and working more closely with patients. She joined Paramount in September 2017 and quickly connected with the team’s philosophy that the patient always comes first.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys cooking, cleaning, organizing, and spending time with her family. She and her boyfriend have three sons who keep them busy and bring them joy.
