Emma joined Paramount Rehabilitation Services in 2024. Before joining the team, she gained experience working in an inpatient neuro setting in the Bay City area, covering a three-month maternity leave.

Emma has always had a passion for helping others, a value instilled in her by her close-knit family. She discovered her love for occupational therapy in high school and knew it was the right career path after job shadowing an OT.

She enjoys using her creativity to help patients make progress and regain the ability to complete daily tasks they once found challenging. Outside of work, Emma enjoys crafting, baking, cooking, and exploring new hobbies. She is close with her family and has a boyfriend she loves spending time with.
