Grace joined Paramount in 2022. She graduated from Garber High School and went on to study in Delta College’s Child Development Program. Before joining our team, she spent six years as a crew member at Little Caesars and two years working as a nanny.

Grace is the middle child in a family of 13—she has four brothers and eight sisters. At Paramount, she enjoys seeing children thrive and helping them live fuller, happier lives. In her free time, Grace loves playing the keyboard, having game nights with family and friends, and participating in her church’s youth group.
