Staci joined Paramount in 2024, bringing a lifelong passion for healthcare. Inspired at a young age by her sister’s stories as a first responder, she always knew she wanted to work in the medical field. Although her career began in retail management and photography, after 20 years she returned to school and earned certifications in CNA, EKG, Phlebotomy, and PCT. While she enjoyed those roles, she discovered her true calling in occupational therapy, earning her OTA degree in 2016. Staci went on to co-own a pediatric therapy company in Florida for eight years before returning home to Michigan.
Staci comes from a large family and has two children preparing to start college. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, spending time with loved ones, and volunteering with Be the Match (Leukemia). What she values most about working at Paramount is being a “solutionist”—finding ways to improve processes to better serve both patients and staff.
